I also referred to a close friend who recently sold her home through Rochelle. For my own sale and purchase, they were not easy - the sale of my condo needed to happen within a 1-2 timeframe because I had unexpectedly found a new home to purchase. She made the sale of my condo happen within 1 week. And even during the sale, we ran into unexpected challenges with the closing of the transaction from my new buyers, and she worked meticulously to ensure the close still happened - going above and beyond her own scope of work to do work of other people to ensure success. With the purchase of my new home, there were also unexpected challenges from the sellers and their agent. Throughout the entire process, Rochelle worked very closely with the Title company to problem solve to ensure that the closing was done as cleanly as possible and with as much expedition as possible. There are many realtors in SF and I've worked with other ones in the past. In such a hot market, even a below average realtor can buy and sell homes in SF.
